Learning Opportunities
Volunteering with NEI isn’t just about giving back; it’s also a fantastic opportunity for personal growth and skill development. As a volunteer, you’ll gain hands-on experience and learn new teaching methodologies like the Discourse Oriented Pedagogy (DOP), where you’ll also get to know about our blended learning model and other emerging technologies. You’ll also acquire valuable skills in writing proposals, and you’ll develop a deep awareness of the conditions faced by marginalized communities by directly observing their experiences in our classrooms. Additionally, you’ll enhance your negotiation skills by coordinating with people in our outreach Program.
